How to Order
You can order white furniture online by clicking the 'buy now' button. This brings you to the paypal shopping cart where you can add quantities. You can either shop for more items or go to the checkout.
Once we receive your order we will contact you with delivery times.
We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders but if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered we will contact you to give the expected delivery time. We may offer a refund.
Payment is done through Paypal. If you have an account you can log in. If you do not have an account you can pay with all major credit cards. Paypal is an easy, secure method to shop on the Internet. We do not collect or store credit or debit card details.
Cancelling your Order
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. A term to this effect is only compulsory if you choose to make the buyer responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

A signature is reuired for delivery, please provide a delivery address where it is possible to deliver on a week day 9am - 5pm.
Dispatch of your order is usually withiin 2-3 working days. An email will be sent on dispatch to let you know when to expect delivery. If the delivery is missed the couriers will leave a card with the relevant delivery details to contact them to re-arrange delivery. If the item is returned to sender the total postage fee will be incurred.
Ordering From Outside UK and Ireland
The White Lighthouse is unable to deliver outside of UK as per details on the delivery page. Any orders made from outside UK will incur a banking fee on refunding.
Unfortunately we DO NOT deliver to outside UK, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, , Highlands and Islands of UK*
This includes the following postcodes IV, HS, ZE, G83-84, KW1-14, PA21-38, PA 60-78, PA80, PH17-50, PH49-50, KA17-26, PH30-41 FK19-21, AB35-38, AB54-56, KW1-14, FK18-21
* For orders placed for delivery outside UK and Ireland and to the regions listed above an admin fee of 3% will be charged on refunds issu
Please supply a mobile number for our couriers to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot. It is important you are able to receive the goods as quickly as possible when shipped a delivery address with occupancy is essential to the prevention of damages whilst in transit. If an item has been attempted delivery or held for collection an unreasonable length of time we will not be responsible for any damages suffered. If the items are returned to our warehouse for non delivery or collection the return fee will be incurred.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your items as much as we do, but for any reason if you do not, you have 28 days to return an unused item.
When returning goods you are strongly recommended to get proof of posting. Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to ensure they are not damaged in transit as unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. If the item is received damaged we will be unable to refund the cost of the goods.
Please email us within 14 days of your receipt and return the product in original packaging within 28 days of receiving it. We will give you a refund within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. We can not accept any returns without the original packagaing. Please ensure the packaging is not written on.
Please print off and fill in the returns form(click here) and include with the goods and ensure the address label is attached firmly to packaging, do not write on packaging.

Goods do not need to be checked prior to signing for items, your signature is only to acknowledge receipt of the item. Please check your goods immediately on receipt and notify us of any issues within 3 working days of receipt.
We spend a lot of time and expense to provide the best packaging for our items to try to ensure these arrive undamaged. Please check all items throughly on receipt and email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify of any damage within 3 working days of receipt. After this time we are unable to be held responsible for any damages.
The White Lighthouse does not provide to any third party any information relating to our customers. Email addresses provided with orders may be used by the White Lighthouse to send product information or information. If you do not wish for us to email you any literature please email email@example.com to confirm this is the case.
Self Assembly Furniture
Check the contents against the instructions enclosed. Once assembly has started, self assembly furniture is non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a part is damaged a replacement will be sent.
